they made themselves and know works

Does anyone have a good lychee litchi recipe that they made themselves and know works I been there. I know how to use the web. I also don want any results from wikipedia. Lychee Kheer Ingredients: 300 gm lychees, fresh or canned (if canned, chop into small pieces) 1 litre milk 3 tbsp khoya, grated 40 gm basmati rice 100 gm sugar 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder A few drops of rose water 12 pistachios 12 almonds Method: 1. Soak Basmati rice for 15 minutes, drain and coarsely grind. 2. Blanch almonds and pistachios. Remove skin and slice finely. Keep aside for garnish. 3. In a deep pan, pour milk and boil for 10 minutes stirring continuously so that the skin does not form on top. Add in coarsely Pandora Jewelry Store ground rice and cook till the rice granules are soft. 4. Also add in the khoya, sugar, chopped lychees and stir for two minutes. 5. Sprinkle in green cardamom powder and rose water. Remove from heat. 6. Cool the kheer and pour in individual serving bowls. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and pistachios. Serve chilled. Serves: 6-8 Preparation time: 30-40 minutes Lychee Sandesh Ingredients: Ingredients: 1. 1liter whole milk. 2. 1 tbsp. white vinegar or lemon juice. 3. 3-4 tbsp. sugar (to taste) 4. 10 strands of saffron 5. 2 almonds chopped very finely 6. 4-5 pistachios chopped very finely 7. 15-20 canned, seeded lychee or Cheap Pandora Bracelets fresh seeded lychee 8. a small sheet of silver foil Method: Method: 1. Bring the milk to boil. Add vinegar/lemon juice and let the milk curdle. Simmer for a minute till the milk is completely curdled. (you should get a light green color whey) 2. Strain and put under running water for half a minute. 3. Squeeze out the excess water and shift to a plate. Add all the remaining ingredients and mash with hands till you get a smooth paste. 4. Take a lychee and stuff this paneer filling inside. 5. Decorate with silver foil and chill till served. These are my favorites (yes, I have a serious sweet tooth!) Please don't plagiarize!
